જમ્મુ અને કાશ્મીરને ખાસ દરજ્જો આપતી કલમ 370 ગત વર્ષે નાબૂદ કરવામાં આવી હતી. હવે આપણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ તેના વિષે અભ્યાસ કરી શકે તેવી વ્યવસ્થા સરકાર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી છે.
નવી દિલ્હી: ધ નેશનલ કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ એજ્યુકેશનલ રિસર્ચ એન્ડ ટ્રેઈનીંગ એટલેકે NCERT દ્વારા 12 ધોરણના પોલિટીકલ સાયન્સના પુસ્તકમાં મહત્ત્વનો ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. હવે આ ધોરણના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જમ્મુ અને કાશ્મીરમાંથી કલમ 370 હટાવવામાં આવી તે વિષે પણ અભ્યાસ કરશે.
ઉપરોક્ત વિષય ઉમેરવા સાથે NCERTએ આ જ પુસ્તકમાંથી Separatism and Beyond નામનો મુદ્દો પણ નાબૂદ કરી દીધો છે. અગાઉ ‘Politics in India since Independence’ પ્રકરણ હેઠળ ઉપરોક્ત મુદ્દો ભણાવવામાં આવતો હતો.
કલમ 370ની નાબુદીના મુદ્દાને સ્થાનિક આકાંક્ષાઓ નામના અનુભાગમાં આવરી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. અગાઉ આ જ પ્રકરણ અને અનુભાગમાં કાશ્મીરી ભાગલાવાદીઓ વિષે વિસ્તૃતમાં પરિચય આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો પરંતુ તેઓ ભારતની અખંડિતતા માટે કેમ ભયરૂપ છે તે સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું ન હતું.
પુસ્તકમાં કલમ 370ની નાબુદી અંગેના મુદ્દા હેઠળ હવે નીચે અનુસારનું લખાણ ઉમેરવામાં આવ્યું છે.
